Example: work level 74, any job, 3+ moods up, 100% efficiency — about $1,667/min (~$200k in 2 h; ~$42k in 25 min; ~$240k in 2 h with Senior grade +20%). You need at least 3 of 4 moods up for full pay — not all 4. Bloxburg High School grade bonuses are permanent once earned. Not affiliated with Coeptus or Roblox.
Tips to earn more
- Keep at least 3 of 4 moods up for full pay — fun, energy, hunger, and hygiene. Eat, sleep, shower, and have fun before grinding.
- Two moods up drops pay to 85%; zero or one up drops to 70%. You do not need all four moods maxed for 100% pay.
- Watch your efficiency bar — 70% comes from task speed, 30% from mood. Stay active during tasks to keep it high.
- Total Work Experience is global (max 100) — any job you work raises pay on every job.
- Delivery Person earns 2 promotion XP per task (4 with Excellent Employee) vs 1 for most other jobs.
- Attend Bloxburg High School to earn a permanent pay bonus: Freshman +5%, Sophomore +10%, Junior +15%, Senior +20%.
